Yes of course. If you need extra functionality for your Webflow site then I can help! I have built my own solutions and am also familiar with Finsweet library and other Webflow partner brands. Whatever it is you need, I can probably get it done for you!
My Advisory package will be with leadership/CEO or founder only. This is to nudge you in the right direction and impart my years of experience in growth to you.
In my Growth Technician package I collaborate with your team over Slack, email and Google Meet calls (or Zoom, whichever you prefer). I will set out clear tasks and deliverables for any projects that I am managing and these will be assigned to members of your team (and myself) to deliver.
If you are on the Fractional package, I can manage an in-house team of yours across many projects or I can work to corral agency and freelance workers. I will ensure your grwoth team delivers on all of its commitments and report back to leadership on the funnel health, KPIs, OKRs etc.
I have a really simple process for onboarding new clients. Here is how it will go:
- Free introduction call - we will go over your business and your goals to see if I can hep you
- Contract (1 day) - We will agree the terms and sign the contract together.
- Kick-off - We will have a 1 hour meeting to define the deliverables and align ourselves.
- Weekly Check-in - We will meet to go over advice, deliverables and project progress and goals.
No at all. I build sites using a semantic structuring called "client first" by Finsweet (Webflow partner). It ensures that each document (page) is structured and named in a way tat is intuitive for users that might not be that familiar with code.
Yes of course! Anything can be rebuilt in Webflow and I have experience transferring things across. You can export and import hte code or, we might choose to rebuild by hand to reduce the bloat and improve the code semantics.
