Here are some of the questions that I get asked by new clients. Hopefully they help you too! If you can't find the answer that you are looking for then feel free to get in touch. I will be happy to answer any questions you might have!
After we meet, you can decide if I am the right person for the job. If you do (fingers crossed!) then I will send over a contract that transparently outlines all of the work that I will undertake, how I will undertake it and how long it will take. The document will also outline the KPIs and tracking that I will implement so that you can track the success of the projects that work on.
If you are happy with the terms and the scope, you can sing and we can enter the discovery portion of the contract.
I don't charge anything for the first meeting as I don't think that is particularly productive. It is totally free to chat to me to see if we can work together. Once we agree that we will start working on some projects, I will send a contract agreement and a payment link for you to set up. I keep things transparent at every step so that you know what is going ion at all times.
In the first call we can get a feel for each other and ask some basic questions about your business and how it has been going so far. I will want to know how you see growth playing a role and also find out what has been working for you so far. This will help me understand your business and the market that you are in so that I can create a strategy. If the vibes are good and we think we can help each other, we can move things a long a get a little more detail during a discovery phase.
Once this is done we can move onto the set up phase and then start executing on the plan!
