By doing this I was able to to triple business revenue in only 1 year.

How I grew Hybr's users by 4x in 1 Year

Using a PPC (Google Ads) strategy in the short term and Organic in the long-term, I was able to scale Hybr's enquiries and users by over 4X within a year of working there. Taking a multi-channel approach with cross channel remarketing ensured conversions were high in volume and low in cost.

Hacking growth with effective paid strategy

Working with Mayank Pokharna, I devised an Google Ads strategy that focused on the local level markets to maximise reach while keeping CPA low. We created landing pages for localised property rental searches such as "2 bed flat in Islington" and scaled it out for each local postcode, area of principality.

The results were astronomical. With a CPA of just over £3 and a lead value of £150 on average, we increased enquiries by 3x over a two month period, growing the user base drastically. This resulted in more revenue as well as exposing weak points in the product which were then patched to optimise the user journey.

How do you create a growth strategy?

Depending on the company, the strategy for growth can vary, but should always be focused around your users and your product. When we work together, the first thing for us to do is work out who your users are and what makes them tick. From there, we can identify the growth or marketing channels that will be most effective and run some tests to see if we can generate top funnel growth. Then, we work our way across your growth funnel to see where the weak points are and patch them. Once the funnel is working, we scale up through experimentation across different growth and marketing channels.

Sustainable growth is only possible if we can reduce acquisition costs, improve conversion rate across the funnel and increase CLTV. Working across the funnel to get lean growth through A/B testing and experimentation will be essentail to building a string and sustainable strategy.
