I am what you would call a 'full stack marketer', meaning that I can pretty much build you a funnel and manage it from scratch by myself. I have worked all across the marketing funnel and sent time with many start ups heading up their growth departments.

My Advisory package will be with leadership/CEO or founder only. This is to nudge you in the right direction and impart my years of experience in growth to you.

In my Growth Technician package I collaborate with your team over Slack, email and Google Meet calls (or Zoom, whichever you prefer). I will set out clear tasks and deliverables for any projects that I am managing and these will be assigned to members of your team (and myself) to deliver.

If you are on the Fractional package, I can manage an in-house team of yours across many projects or I can work to corral agency and freelance workers. I will ensure your grwoth team delivers on all of its commitments and report back to leadership on the funnel health, KPIs, OKRs etc.
